How to Manage a Crisis Moment of Truth

Determine how far you would go if a client/customer pushed you to the wall, and then go there gladly and immediately… at the SPEED OF LIGHT, with a SMILE!

This phrase has defined how I encourage clients to respond to a time of conflict. I have shepherded multiple clients through “moments of truth” that have defined them as individuals, leaders and businesspeople.

The Fort Worth Business Press allowed me to author this column on Monday, February 25, that shares a stirring example of how Bart Cooper, then President/General Manager at Allen Samuels Chevrolet in Waco, made a painful but very wise decision in his moment of truth.
