“Build Brand Equity” was the charge from Wendy’s corporate office to every marketing agency within the system. Fletcher’s client was the franchisee in Waco-Temple-Killeen, and grew from 6 to 15 locations during the 15 years of working together.
Fletcher represented the nation’s most prominent pizza maker’s franchisees in Central Texas and parts of Louisiana and Mississippi, developing community partnerships that drove local sales and placing media buys in those markets.
Fletcher crafted a smart balance between community partnerships and impactful advertising that led Allen Samuels Chevrolet in Waco to become the dominant Chevy dealer and then the dominant new car dealer of any brand in the market.
Fletcher provided strategic planning and fulfillment for community partnerships for the Waco Regional Office of H-E-B Grocery. He helped grow the brand presence of H-E-B with school districts, individual high schools, Adopt-A-School programs and university athletic programs.
